Warp World Deck for Zendikar Standard (With Lotus Cobra Obv)

The deck remains quite raw but is still capable of powering out Warp Worlds with the number of permanents approaching the mid-teens. The combination of ob Nixilis and Warp World is definitely powerful and with Lotus Cobra you just get there that much faster. Whenever you play a fetch land you end up with three mana in your pool — basically a free Dark Ritual for up to three colors of your choice. When you fetch a Trace of Abundance is essentially a free permanent that enchants the land you search up. Even lands that come into play tapped like the ones that you search up with the Heart Expedition are productive members of your mana pool when the Lotus Cobra is hanging around.

So when you put Ob Nixilis and some lands into play using Warp World. His ability will already work?
Yes, since everything comes into play at the same time
but ob nixilis is legendary, so if you have 2 or more in the warp world reveals, they die.
Yes, multiple Ob Nixilis would die but their abilities would still trigger. So, if you bring out 2 Ob Nixilis the Warp World, your opponent would take 6 for each land that comes into play.
Not sure I would play 4 siege gangs,I like the build with 2 gangs and 2 bogardan hellkite,I sideboard mark of asylum to shut off bolts
I have a question. Since Ob Nixilis and the lands come into play at the same time, how can his ability trigger. I’m just a little confused sorry if I sound Stupid lol just dont see how it works
I like the 2 SGC and 2 Bogardan @rick. Have you also considered Broodmate Dragons? Great middle-ground cost between SGC and BHK, plus 2 4/4 beaters for 6, or for free via warp world is always nice.
i didnt like the misty rainforests…replaced them with arid mesa’s and sideboarded silences to prevent the dreaded countering of warp world.
Also added 2xmadrush cyclops just in case i dont insta kill opponent and need hasted baloths
The deck needs 2 swamps if you get stuck with a slow hand you need to be able to cast Ob nixis w/o trace
